Pieter Vermeulen - gitaar
Geboren en getogen in Apeldoorn en op 9 jarige leeftijd naar Limburg verhuist.
Aldaar zijn eerste kennismaking met muziek via Fluit en Tamboerkorps St. Paulus.
Van zijn trommelleraar leerde hij ook de basisbeginselen van het drummen en al snel moest er dan ook een echt drumstel komen.
Hierop werd de de muziek van The Police en nog een hoop andere bands uitgevogeld en nagespeeld.
Op zijn dertiende raakte Pieter in de ban van de electrische gitaar en kreeg les van onze gitaardocent Rik Huijts.
Na 10 jaar besloot hij de muziek nog serieuzer te nemen en ging hij naar het Hilversums Conservatorium waar hij o.a. van de legendarische Wim Overgaauw nog les kreeg.
Sinds 1996 geeft Pieter alweer in vast dienstverband les aan de Schunck* Muziekschool ( huidige Pop & Rock School )
en speelde hij mee in bands als Volumia! en Rowwen Heze. Op dit moment speelt hij in The Rolling Beatles en is hij bezig met zijn eigen project 'VERMEULEN, ZALM & RITTERBEEKS'
en speelt hij in de band van John Henry. Ook is Pieter actief als studiomuzikant, o,a, bij Marlstone en Mark Pütz!
